The aim of the research is to identify the reality of employing English language teachers for electronic enrichment activities in teaching the reading and writing skills of secondary school students in Al-Kharj city. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach. English language at the secondary stage in Al-Kharj city, with the aim of identifying the reality of using electronic enrichment activities in school classes and identifying the most important obstacles that they may face in order to implement them. The research concluded a number of results, including that the most prominent difficulties in employing electronic enrichment activities in teaching English at the secondary level is the lack of sufficient financial support to implement some electronic enrichment activities that require paid subscriptions. This result is explained by the lack of sufficient financial support to implement some activities. Electronic enrichment that requires paid subscriptions does not provide the necessary work requirements for English language teachers, which increases the difficulties of employing electronic enrichment activities in teaching English at the secondary level. The researcher recommended supporting and enabling the use of electronic enrichment activities in teaching English language skills because of their great impact in supporting language education and conducting more studies on electronic enrichment activities and ways of using them in education.
