This study aimed to find out the degree of the Effectiveness Management Control in the colleges of applied sciences in the sultanate of Oman, to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed consisting of (61) paragraphs falling under five fields after validating its accuracy and consistency. The tool was applied to 101 male and female employees. The study found a member of results, the degree of the Effectiveness Management Control in the colleges of applied sciences the sultanate of Oman Medium, the study results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≥0.05) in the degree of the Effectiveness Management Control in in the colleges of applied sciences in the sultanate of Oman attributed to variables Attributable to the variable of gender, experience, and educational qualification. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably: the necessity of employing modem technologies in administrative control over the performance of employees, setting material and moral incentives for employees commensurate with the work that has been accomplished, and the need for employees to benefit from the results of self -monitoring that they have practiced evaluating their work.
