The study aimed to find out the reality of administrative tasks and technical tasks for supervisors education through rules and regulations, knowledge of the degree of exercise administrative functions of the supervisor of educational management education in the city of Tabuk, to identify the degree of technical tasks for supervisors educational management education in the city of Tabuk, suggest ways to develop supervisory functions management education in the city of Tabuk consists society that applied by the study of all managers and teachers of general education schools for boys in the city of Tabuk, totaling (176) Director and (3200), a teacher, and the researcher selecting a random sample of (132) as director, and (344) teacher, to be the total sample (476) of the vocabulary of a single study population. The results of the study concluded that the study sample believe that the supervisors exercising their administrative management of education in the city of Tabuk moderately, with an average year (3.08 to 5.00), and that the supervisors exercising their technical management of education in the city of Tabuk moderately, with an average (3.27 of 5.00), and found that there were no statistically significant differences in the views of a sample survey of teachers and administrators about the extent to which the supervisors 'duties supervisory administrative and technical attributable to changes in qualification and type of work experience, and see also the ways to develop the functions of the supervisors' administrative and technical management of education in the city of Tabuk affect a high degree and will contribute to the development of the functions of the supervisors, the average (3.64 to 5.00) including: defining the functions and responsibilities of the educational supervisor scientifically accurate, calendar heads of departments of educational supervision to plan educational supervisor, training educational supervisor on how to use the devices and modern teaching aids the development of criteria for selection of the supervisors.
