The objective of the research is to identify the availability of professional standards for teachers of science at the primary level from their point of view in terms of professional values and responsibilities, professional knowledge, professional practice, attributed to research variables (number of years of experience, type of school (civil-government), qualification (educational-non- educational). The researcher used the descriptive scan curriculum and applied the Teacher Professional Standards Scale of the Education and Training Calendar. The search sample consisted of 171 teachers selected randomly. The results showed that the most prominent dimensions of professional standards in terms of availability were the standard of professional values and responsibilities with a high availability, while professional knowledge ranked second among highly available professional standards and, finally, professional practice was the last highly available professional standard.
