The study aimed to find out the availability of technological competencies among female student teachers at the college of education at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in Al-Kharj and the extent to which they differed according to the variables of specialization and cumulative average; To achieve these goals, the descriptive (survey) approach was used, and its tool distributed the questionnaire to a random sample of female teachers, amounting to (126) female students from various disciplines in the college for the second semester of the academic year (1441-1442 AH). And the study resulted in that: 1) the degree of female student teachers’ possession of technological competencies in general was medium, 2) there were statistically significant differences at the level (≥0.05) in the degree of availability of some technological competencies among female students due to the variable of specialization in favor of kindergarten, 3) there were statistically significant differences at The level (≥0.05) in the degree of availability of some technological competencies among female students due to the cumulative average variable. The study recommended several recommendations, perhaps the most prominent of which are: Take advantage of the areas of technological competencies in developing curricula at the undergraduate level, and work to provide female students with technological competencies through many of the courses.
