The research aimed to define the degree of mastery of speaking skills of students at first intermediate grade from the point of view of Arabic teachers from Bisha town. In order to achieve this objective, the researcher followed the descriptive method and designed a questionnaire survey to measure the first intermediate grade student's degree of ability in speaking skills; [vocal, intellectual, linguistic, body language]. The questionnaire was applied on a random sample consisting of (175) Arabic teachers from Bisha's middle schools during the first semester of 1443AH. The results of the survey concluded that the total average of the availability of these skills on order was (3.24), (3.63), (323). The findings also revealed a significant rise in the body language well speaking ability on average (3,43), while the whole speaking skills of first intermediate grade students degree of possession according to Bisha's Arabic teachers were on the counted average (3.31). Depending on the finding results, the research provided a number of recommendations; the most importantly, is to benefit from the results of the speaking lists given in planning the content of the Arabic curriculum for first intermediate grade. And the necessity needed to concentrate on and evaluate these skills in teaching speaking. Moreover, the requirements to activate more the role of school's theaters, the role of school's presentations, and the field trips as well because they are the most important tools in teaching and developing speaking.
