The research aims to find out which active learning strategies are appropriate for synchronous virtual classes and procedures for their implementation. The study sample consisted of (30) teachers from the study community that their number is (74) from all school levels. In order to achieve the research objectives. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The main research tool was a questionnaire to determine the strategies implemented in the synchronous virtual classes and their appropriateness. After verifying the validity and constancy of the questionnaire, it was applied to the research sample. In addition to a note card that was used during the daily visits carried out by the researcher. The most important findings of the research were increasing the implementation of active learning strategies after the training workshop and increasing student participation, based on these findings, the researcher came up with a number of recommendations: Train teachers on the appropriate active learning strategies for synchronous virtual classes, in accordance with appropriate procedures and controls that ensure the active participation of all students.
