The objective of this study was to assess the extent to which early childhood teachers in Medina apply action research skills. The researcher utilized the descriptive analytical method and selected a simple random sample of 207 teachers. To accomplish the study ‘s goals, the researcher designed the final version of a questionnaire, which consisted of 35 items on action research skills. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed. The findings revealed a high level of implementation of procedural research skills among early childhood teachers in Medina, with an overall mean score of 3.868 and a standard deviation of 711.0. Based on these results, the researcher proposes several recommendations, including the enhancement of training programs and workshops that focus on preparing teachers for action research and its impact on improving teaching practices. Additionally, integrating the concept of action research into the academic plans for early childhood speciality is advised. (Published abstract)
