This study aims to reveal the level of support provided by principals to meet the professional development needs of new teachers in private kindergartens in Jeddah. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study sample consisted of (103) kindergarten teachers. The results were that the level of support provided by principals was (high), and the level of teachers' need of support was also (high). Thus, the study recommends the need to strengthen the role of kindergarten principals in supporting new teachers and improving support practices that meet the actual needs of new teachers.
