الإحتياجات التدريبية في ضوء معايير الرخصة المهنية لمعلمة رياض الأطفال
The study uncovers training needs of kindergarten teachers in Jeddah in the light of professional development licensing standards. The researcher used descriptive analytical approaches to determine the training needs. A random sample was (n = 236), the researcher prepared a questionnaire for specialized criteria, and its validity and reliability were calculated, results of the study were quantitatively and descriptively analyzed. The researcher reached results, which are: level of knowledge of kindergarten teachers about standard of partnership with family and society in general was average, mean = 2.29, level of knowledge of kindergarten teachers about standard of child health and safety in general was high, mean = 2.56, level of kindergarten teachers’ knowledge of occupational development criterion in general was high, mean =2.48, the recommendations, were: identifying training needs when planning a training program, through considering teachers opinions, and the need to increase interest in providing teachers with standards of specialized occupational licensing and their application in process, its impact on improving outcomes of educational process, and activating training programs continuously in light of what is being developed in children education.
