The study aimed to identify the reality of organizational loyalty among teachers of private kindergarten schools in the city of Riyadh, and to identify the obstacles facing organizational loyalty among teachers of private kindergarten schools in the city of Riyadh. To collect data, from a stratified sample of (120) female teachers in private kindergarten schools in the city of Riyadh, the results of the study showed the following: The reality of organizational loyalty among teachers of private kindergarten schools in the city of Riyadh was achieved to a high degree from the point of view of the teachers of the study sample. The existence of obstacles to organizational loyalty among teachers of private kindergarten schools in the city of Riyadh. It presented a number of recommendations, including: the need to hold training courses for teachers to improve their performance and achieve professional growth, pay attention to incentives that enhance the concept of loyalty among teachers, and enhance the concept of job loyalty for teachers.
