أثر التمكين الوظيفي في السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في الجامعات الحكومية بجدة : دراسة حالة في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز
The study aims to identify the effect as well as to define the level of the employee’s empowerment on creative behavior among the staff at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was distributed as a tool for collecting data and (SPSS) program was used to process the collected data. The study sample consisted of (95) employees covering all employees at King Abdulaziz University (administrators, teaching staff , administrative teaching staff) males and females as the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the effect of the employees empowerment was present and its dimensions (delegation of authority, participation in decision-making, self-motivation, work environment, confidence building) on the creative behavior of employees at King Abdul Aziz University. The study proposed a number of recommendations, including considering a supportive method to the creative employees materially and morally because of its role in motivating and improving performance as well as supporting Implementation of employees empowerment in the university, in addition to conducting comparative studies between public and private universities in relation to the effect of employee empowerment on creative behavior in order to disseminate the scientific benefit of the study subject.
