تقويم منهج لغتي الجميلة للصف السادس الابتدائي بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء مفاهيم القيم العالمية
The study aimed to evaluate My Beautiful Language curriculum for the sixth primary grade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the universal values concepts. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used in the content analysis method, and a content analysis card was prepared as a study tool. The community and sample of study consisted of My Beautiful Language curriculum for sixth grade students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 1443-1444 AH edition, in its three parts: the first, second and third semesters of the student’s book. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There are (38) concepts of universal values that should be included in My Beautiful Language curriculum for the sixth primary grade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which were divided into five main axes. It was also found that the availability level of these concepts came by (26) concepts out of a total of (38), with frequency of (249) times, and the five axes were arranged in descending order according to their availability level as follows: (World peace values concepts, Human rights values concepts, Digital citizenship values concepts, Sustainable development values concepts, Democratic values concepts), with percentages of (32.13%, 28.11%, 16.06%, 14.06%, 9.64%) respectively, in accordance with a (low level) of availability for all these concepts. In addition, it was found that there are statistically significant differences between the total availability level of the universal values concepts that should be included in the My Beautiful Language curriculum for the sixth primary grade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia due to the variable of the semester, and in favor of (The third semester). The study presented a set of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are: The Saudi Ministry of Education explores the possibility of developing My Beautiful Language curriculum for the sixth grade in the light of the universal values concepts, where taken into account balance, sequencing, comprehensiveness and integration in their inclusion, and the educational supervisors directing sixth grade Arabic language teachers to design enrichment language activities for My Beautiful Language curriculum in the light of the concepts of universal values.
