The study aimed to identify the degree of creative leadership practice among principals of government secondary schools in the city of Buraidah from the point of view of female teachers, The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for data collection, and a sample consisted of 304 female teachers, The study found results, the most important of which are: The degree of creative leadership practice among public secondary school principals in the city of Buraidah was high, where sensitivity towards problems comes in the first place, followed by initiative, and in the first place. The third place comes after perseverance, and finally comes after originality as the lowest dimension in terms of the degree of practice, and that there is a medium degree of agreement among the study sample on the obstacles to the practice of creative leadership among school principals. Public secondary schools in the city of Buraidah, where organizational (administrative) obstacles come in the first place, followed by personal obstacles. (Published abstract)
