فاعلية برنامج توعوي قائم على الوسائط المتعددة لتنمية الوعي السياحي لدى طلاب الصف الثاني الإبتدائي
The study aimed to know the effect of educational programs based on multimedia in raising tourism awareness for second grade students, and the study used the semi-experimental approach. Where the study tool was to test the illustrated tourism awareness of the second-grade students: (The concept and importance of tourism, types of tourism, tourism ethics) prepared by the researcher, the main study sample consisted of (75) students who were randomly distributed into two groups (control and experimental). The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the control and experimental groups on the test of the degree of second grade students’ acquisition of tourism awareness concepts in the post-measurement, in favor of the experimental group, with a large effect size. This indicates the effectiveness of educational programs based on multimedia in raising tourism awareness among second grade students. In the light of these results, the study recommended the need to use educational programs based on multimedia to raise awareness of tourism for second grade students, because of its effective role in acquiring student's concepts of tourism.
