The research paper aims to answer the following research question: Why are the different educational institutions identified within the sectors that should be allocated to be started? This is done by reviewing the concept of privatization, the different methods of privatization, its pros and cons in education, the challenges facing privatization, and the justifications for not achieving its objectives, and then reaching out how to achieve sustainable privatization in education and the parties that support privatization in the educational field. The role of knowledge management processes in supporting privatization to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in the educational field. (Published abstract)
