The study aimed to identify the level of psychological burnout among kindergarten teachers and to identify whether there were differences in the level of psychological burnout among teachers of public kindergartens and private kindergartens. It used the comparative descriptive approach. It was applied to a sample of (50) teachers, and the researcher used the Maslach scale to measure psychological burnout as a tool for collecting data and information. The study concluded that teachers are not concerned about psychological burnout in general, and that there are no statistically significant differences indicating the existence of a difference between public kindergarten teachers. And private kindergartens. The researcher recommended the following: 1) Develop training programs for kindergarten teachers to resist work pressures and psychological burnout. 2) Providing kindergarten teachers with more information that enhances their abilities to face daily life pressures and work pressures. 3) Holding workshops to work on improving the work environment.
