The study aimed to identify the level of psychological adjustment among kindergarten teachers in the city of Bani Walid and to know the difference between public kindergarten teachers and private kindergarten teachers in the level of psychological adjustment. The descriptive (comparative) approach was used. It was applied to a sample of (50) female teachers. The researcher used the psychological adjustment scale as a tool to collect information. The study concluded that kindergarten teachers have a high percentage of psychological adjustment. The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences between public kindergarten teachers and private kindergartens. The researcher recommended the following: 1) Implementing specialized refresher courses for kindergarten teachers to train them on the educational needs to properly perform the child-rearing tasks identified in the current study. 2) Reviewing training plans and programs for kindergarten teachers and adding new courses that will provide teachers with educational competencies appropriate to the era in which we live.
