This research aimed to identify the concept of school failure, and to reveal some of the factors behind school failure. The research also relied on the descriptive approach, which is concerned with studying and describing behavioral phenomena in their natural environment to find out their causes and suggest appropriate solutions for them. Through the research, a set of results were reached, the most important of which are: Social factors contribute to a large extent to student failure, as the family’s influence is effective on school pace. For the student, it is his social nature toward the educational institution. The poor economic situation of families suffering from poverty and destitution makes them unable to fulfill his simplest desires, such as providing school supplies. In this case, the student cannot achieve any improvement except in very few cases. School factors have a relationship. School failure is mainly due to treatment in the educational institution, and there are factors related to the curricula and their intensity. (Published abstract)
