The research was launched to uncover some of the behavioral traits of a faculty member in technical and vocational education and to identify them from the point of view of the employees in those institutions. The research aimed to identify the extent to which there is a difference in behavioral traits depending on the characteristics (gender, age, scientific specialization, educational level, years of experience). Using the descriptive analytical method by distributing a questionnaire sheet to the research sample of (120) individuals, which included faculty members, administrators, and trainers at the Higher Institute of Agricultural Technology, and through statistical analysis of the collected data, several results were reached, including that the most desired behavioral field is the evaluation carried out by A faculty member by correcting answer sheets objectively and accurately. While we find that most of the behaviors are desirable for the faculty member in the field of teaching methods, class management and organization. It was also shown that there are statistically significant differences due to different years of experience. The greater the age and years of experience, the more accurately the personality traits of individuals can be determined. The study recommends that the faculty member must achieve a balance between his profession as a teacher and supervisor of student education and human communication. (Published abstract)
