The study aimed to identify the beliefs of educational qualification students at the University of Nizwa in employing artificial intelligence tools in the educational process. The study followed the survey method based on a questionnaire to measure students' beliefs, and the study sample consisted of a total of (187) male and female students from various humanities and applied specializations who were randomly selected. The study found that there were high beliefs among educational qualification students in using artificial intelligence tools in the educational process, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in beliefs about employing artificial intelligence tools in the educational process among students of the Diploma in Educational Qualification at the University of Nizwa according to the variable of specialization type (humanities/ scientific). The study presented a number of recommendations based on its results, including- supporting educational qualification students and enhancing their teaching practices in employing artificial intelligence tools, and providing the necessary digital educational environment to apply artificial intelligence techniques in teaching.
