The research aimed to explore the possibility of predicting the academic achievement of students at the Faculty of Education, Misurata University, through their psychological capital. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher employed the descriptive correlational method to examine the relationship between psychological capital and academic achievement among the research sample. Additionally, the study sought to identify the levels of psychological capital, differences between males and females in psychological capital, and differences between scientific and literary specializations. The research sample consisted of 220 students from Misurata University. The researcher utilized the Psychological Capital Scale developed by Eid Abu Omrah (2022) and the students' cumulative GPAs from the fall and spring semesters. The research found several key results, including psychological capital is a significant predictor of students' academic achievement, and there is a positive correlation between psychological capital and academic achievement. The study also indicated that university students have a low level of psychological capital, with statistically significant differences between males and females in favor of females. Regarding differences based on academic specialization, the results favored students in scientific fields. The research concluded with several recommendations, such as organizing workshops and awareness lectures to develop students' psychological capital and emphasizing the importance of activating the role of psychological counseling in universities, highlighting the significance of the role of the psychological counselor.
