In this research, the effect of developing physical elements on football players for the age group of 9-12 years was studied. The study included the effect of endurance, strength, speed, agility and flexibility on 74 juniors. the effect of developing some physical and skill elements on these juniors was known, and one of the most important conclusions is what the researcher concluded is that attention must be paid to developing the physical and skill elements of juniors, as proven by the results of the study and their positive impact, and the training is limited to the ability component of strength and that it is improved according to certain principles. As for speed, the focus must be on motor speed and agility training, while the flexibility component and... Although it is a natural characteristic, it must be preserved and improved. Attention must also be paid to developing training programs similar to playing situations in football, with knowledge and establishment in accordance with modern methods for developing training when planning the training program.
