The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a technology-based training program in treating articulation disorders for early aged childhood. The study sample consisted of children attending the speech clinic at the Prince Sultan Center in Taif, Saudi Arabia, whose ages ranged from (5-8) years, and there were (4) participating students. The study relied on the Methodology of the Single Subject Research Design (SSRD), which is used to study the effect of an independent variable on a dependent variable, such as a change in the behavior of an individual or a small group of individuals because of introducing an intervention. The results of the study refer to the existence of the effectiveness of the training program based on technology in the treatment of articulation disorders for students in early childhood. And the continuation of the effectiveness of the training program in treating articulation disorders among students in early childhood after 45 days of application. where there was a development, improvement, and modification of the sound of their substitution letters due to the intervention, where the intervention rate for the four participants reached as the following (100%) for three participants after the intervention sessions, and (75%) for the fourth participant. And the effect size of the intervention in the use of the technical program and the shift from baseline (0%) to (100%) in the intervention stage was very large in the acquisition of Participants improved the sound of substitution for the treatment of speech disorders in early childhood students, indicating that the results of the magnitude of the effect of the intervention achieved its objectives.
