The study aimed to reveal the role of remote e-training in supporting the digital skills of employees of the Deanship of Information Technology and measuring the level of their digital skills. An intentional 30-person staff of the Deanship of Information Technology, and after tabulating the data and ensuring the validity and reliability of the paragraphs of the questionnaire, and doing many statistical tests using the SPSS statistical package, and to achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher followed the survey method with a descriptive exploratory purpose, and the study reached some results that She confirmed that the distance e-training played an effective role in supporting and developing the digital skills of the employees of the Deanship of Information Technology at King Abdulaziz University, and the results also showed that the level of digital skills among the employees of the Deanship of Information Technology came to a medium degree. The study recommended the necessity of activating the role of remote e-training in the field of technical training for technical staff in all fields. (Published abstract)
