The study aimed to present a suggested proposal for selecting secondary school principals' standards in light of digital leadership requirements. To achieve study's objectives, the descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (102) male and female secondary school teachers in Hail city. The study found that the degree to which secondary school principals in the city of Hail practiced digital leadership came in a moderate degree, as the digital transformation management requirement came in first place with a high degree, and (personal skills, digital skills, persuasion for digital leadership, innovation for digital leadership) came in the order with a moderate degree. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the persuasion requirement for digital leadership and the innovation requirement for digital leadership due to the gender variable, in favor of males, and there are statistically significant differences in the following requirements: digital transformation management, digital citizenship, and personal skills, due to the years of experience variable, in favor of (15 years and less). The results also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences due to the academic qualification variable. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended implementing the proposed vision for the for selecting secondary school principals' standards in light of digital leadership requirements.
