The study's objectives were to determine the faculty members' level of meeting their training requirements in light of Taif University's human capacity development program, in terms of the following dimensions: (qualification for the labor market, lifelong learning, and the development of the scientific basis). Also, the study tended to determine whether statistically significant differences exist at the level of significance (α≥0.05) in the degree of meeting their training requirements. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of the study (a total number of 297 participants) from the faculty members of Taif University, in order to meet the study's objectives. The study's findings showed that faculty members at Taif University were (highly) practicing their educational requirements in light of the university's human capacity development program, with lifelong learning, labor market readiness, and scientific basis development, respectively. Additionally, the variable (sex) has no statistically significant differences. The variables (scientific degree & years of experience) are responsible for statistically significant differences. The study's most important recommendations were to encourage faculty members at Taif University to make sure that the outcomes of their education keep up with the skills needed by employers, while they have to work to improve their capacity to localize jobs in accordance with the Saudization policy followed in Vision 2030.
