واقع تطبيق الاتجاهات القيادية الحديثة لمديري المدارس الحكومية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في ضوء المعايير المهنية للقيادات المدرسية
This study aimed to find out the degree of application of the modern leadership trends of the school principal in the public school in the United Arab Emirates in the light of the professional standards for school leaders, which was entitled the degree of application of the modern leadership trends of the school principal in the government school in the United Arab Emirates in the light of the professional standards for leaders The study population consisted of (578) schools, and the study sample was (113) school principals and principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, a study tool (questionnaire) consisting of (30) items was prepared, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified. The study concluded that the degree of application of the modern leadership trends of the school principal in the public school in the United Arab Emirates in the light of the professional standards of school leaders was high, as the arithmetic mean was (4.24), and that the field of strategic management came in the first rank, The field of knowledge leadership management came in second place. The study recommends the continuity of organizing training courses to inform the school administration of all that is new in the field of modern leadership trends. (Published abstract)
