تصور مقترح لمجتمعات التعلم المهنية لمعلمات الطفولة المبكرة في ضوء الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة : مدارس التربية النموذجية أنموذجا
The aim of this study is to develop a proposed vision for professional learning communities for early childhood teachers in Trbyh Namouthajeyah Schools in the light of modern educational trends. The researcher used descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was applied on a sample of (184) teachers. The participants showed high awareness of the importance of professional learning communities, and it was implemented in the schools. No statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) between teachers in national track, international track and annotative curriculum track in their responses to the real of professional learning communities. Also, no statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) between average scores of the responses due to the years of experience or the stage. The study came up with a proposed vision for professional learning communities in the light of modern educational trends. (Published abstract)
