The research aims to learn about the education system in Vision 2030 in accordance with the international standards of education goals, mentioned in the Declaration (Incheon Declaration, 2016), and the requirements and needs for the development of the education system in accordance with international standards for the aims of education and the researcher used analytical method by comparing the set of international standards for education goals with Saudi Arabia's educational policy in accordance with Vision 2030. and concluded that there was a compatibility between educational policies and international objectives, Vision 2030's goals were in line with international standards for education goals. The study provided a list of the requirements for the development of the education system in accordance with international standards for the aims of education. The study examined the following findings Provide a list of requirements for the development of the educational system in accordance with international standards for the aims of education. Develop the infrastructure of educational systems in conformity with international standards for the aims of education. Develop teacher training programmers to meet the requirements of the development of the educational system and develop positive trends among educational scientists towards the development of change for the better.
