The study aims to identify the necessary requirements for school principals; To spread the culture of the educated school from the point of view of the directors of education offices in the Riyadh region, and to know the obstacles facing the directors of public education schools in spreading the educated school culture from the point of view of the directors of education offices in the Riyadh region, the researcher used the descriptive analytical curriculum, the study community is from the education offices directors in the region the Riyadh education department, the size of the sample reached (15) managers and director, and the electronic arrest was used as a tool for the study that was sent electronically to the directors of education offices in the Riyadh region, where the study was applied in the first semester in 1444 AH, the pipes were repeated after being filled by the study sample of (15 ) Complete number and answers, and the results of the field study reached the importance of the requirements of spreading the culture of the educated school with a high degree with an average account (3.27), and the obstacles facing school principals came to an average degree (2.93).
