الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية وعلاقتها بالتمكين الإداري
The study aimed at identifying the degree of availability of organizational culture patterns prevailing in Jordanian public universities and their relation to administrative empowerment from the point of view of the heads of the academic departments. In order to achieve the study objectives, the analytical descriptive approach has been used in this study. Further, two questionnaires have been used as a tool for data collection; it is noteworthy that the validity and reliability of the two tools have been verified. The study was applied to a random sample of (225) heads of department. The results of the study indicated that the degree of availability of organizational culture patterns and the degree of availability of administrative empowerment came in a "medium" rank; so there is a correlation between the degree of availability of prevailing organizational culture patterns and the degree of availability of administrative empowerment.
