The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing emotional intelligence among kindergarten principals in the city of Taif from the teachers’ point of view, and to reveal the extent to which there are statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing emotional intelligence among kindergarten principals in the city of Taif from the teachers’ point of view due to the variables (years of experience، qualification). The study population included all female teachers in kindergarten schools in the city of Taif, and the sample amounted to 305 female teachers.
