The goal of this study was to identify the reality of the dimensions of organizational silence and the level of dimensions of administrative performance, as well as the relationship between organizational silence and the performance of female high school principals in Riyadh. The study used a descriptive approach with survey and correlational types and relied on a questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study population consisted of 149, with a sample size of 82 participating in the study. The results of the study were as follows: The degree of dimensions of organizational silence (defensive silence, acquiescent silence, preventive silence) among female high school teachers was at a medium level, with an overall average of 2.63. Preventive silence was ranked first among the dimensions, with an average of 2.89. The level of dimensions of administrative performance (administrative functions, technical performance, personal qualities, human relations) among female principals was high, with an overall average of 3.82. Human relations ranked first among the dimensions, with an average of 3.86. There is a moderate inverse correlation between the dimensions of organizational silence and administrative performance, meaning that as the level of administrative performance increases, the degree of organizational silence decreases. The total correlation coefficient between the variables was -0.514**. (Published abstract)
