The study aimed to assess the degree of use of artificial intelligence applications in human resources management within the administrations of public schools in the North and South Sharqiyah Governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. The study followed a descriptive-analytical methodology and utilized a questionnaire for data and information collection, which was applied to a sample of 96 principals and assistant principals. The study's findings indicated that the overall degree of use of artificial intelligence applications in human resources management within public school administrations in the North and South Sharqiyah Governorates was moderate. This was also true for all study dimensions: strategic planning, effective communication, decision making, professional development, and performance evaluation. Additionally, the results revealed no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members at the level (α≤0.05) attributable to variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience across all study dimensions.
