This study aims to explore the reality of crisis management in educational institutions in the Riyadh region, focusing on the role of the General Administration of Education in enhancing the resilience and adaptability of its employees. The research delves into the theoretical foundations of educational crisis management, examines the challenges facing educational institutions in this context, and identifies the necessary requirements to strengthen these institutions' ability to effectively respond to crises. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach to achieve its objectives, collecting data from a sample of 114 employees from the General Administration of Education in the Riyadh region through a specially designed questionnaire. The questionnaire included several items that measure various aspects of crisis management, such as the adequacy of the training provided, the quality of internal communication, and the effectiveness of plans and preventive measures. The study's findings revealed that the General Administration of Education in the Riyadh region has a clear crisis management plan and provides the necessary support to schools during crises. However, the study also highlighted a variation in the readiness of individuals to handle crises, indicating that some employees need additional training and resources to enhance their crisis adaptability.
