The study aimed to identify the effect of the numbered heads strategy on developing critical thinking among students of the Law Department in Unaizah Colleges. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the quasi-experimental approach. The sample size was (30) students from the College of Studies, Department of Law. The sample was chosen by the intentional method and the study used The Watson and Glaser Critical Thinking Scale modified by the researchers, and the data were analyzed by the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results resulted in the existence of statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the scale of critical thinking among Onaizah colleges students in favor of the post scale, and there were no statistically significant differences in the post measurement of the scale of critical thinking among Unaizah colleges students according to the variable of the academic level. The study suggested a set of recommendations, the most important of which is a study The necessity of holding training and qualifying courses for teachers to provide them with critical thinking skills and methods of developing them among students. And the need to expand the base of beneficiaries of faculty members from teaching strategies courses, and to provide them with the skills to deal with the strategy of numbered heads, so that they can apply it in teaching, because of this positive impact with students.
