The study aims to determine the magnitude of the impact of the correlations between the administrative transparency index and the performance excellence indicators of countries. (Innovation capability - Meritocracy and incentivization - flexibility - Entrepreneurial culture - public sector performance). To achieve the objectives of the study, countries’ data (141 countries) were collected from the standard indicators available in Global Competitiveness Report 2019. Considering the statistical analysis results using linear regression analysis, the study demonstrates the strength of the correlations between the index of transparency and the performance excellence indicators of countries (The dependent study indexes). These results provided a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
