The study aimed to :Identify the reality of the practice of entrepreneurial leadership, and the obstacles to its application among the leaders of early childhood schools from the point of view of stage supervisors, by revealing the degree of practice of its dimensions, and to achieve the goals, the descriptive survey approach was used, by applying the questionnaire tool, and a comprehensive survey of the study population of early childhood supervisors, numbering (54) supervisors, and the results revealed that the weighted average of the first axis as a whole" the reality of entrepreneurial leadership practice among early childhood school leaders "amounted to (2.87) with Standard deviation (1.001), medium the order of these dimensions was respectively as follows :(strategic vision) and a high degree, (creativity and innovation) with a medium degree, (initiative and investment opportunities) with a low degree, then after (risk and responsibility) with a low degree, and the weighted average for the second axis as a whole (obstacles to the application of entrepreneurial leadership) as (4.20) with a standard deviation (0.795) very high.
