The study aimed to reveal the impact of employing artificial intelligence on the development of administrative work. Its goal to create self-learning systems that extract meanings from data. The study also addressed the definition of administrative intelligence, which is: mental and emotional intelligence. Administrative intelligence is considered a necessary requirement for educational institutions that search for excellence and to finding new ways and methods that enhance administrative decision-making. Therefore, the researcher will use the exploratory approach as it is the appropriate approach for the study and to achieve the objectives. The researcher will also extract and discuss the research results, and suggestions. (Published abstract)
