متطلبات توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في صنع القرار الإداري من وجهة نظر قيادات المدارس بمحافظة جنوب الباطنة في سلطنة عمان
This study aimed to determine the requirements for employing artificial intelligence in administrative decision-making from the perspective of school leaders in the South Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. It also aimed to find out the effect of the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience in the field of administrative work. The study sample consisted of (89) of school leaders in the General Directorate of Education in the South Al Batinah Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach by developing the study tool (questionnaire) to measure the requirements for employing artificial intelligence in administrative decision-making from the point of view of school leaders in the South Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The results of the study showed that the requirements for employing artificial intelligence in administrative decision-making, from the point of view of the sample members, was among the high requirements. The highest accounting averages were for the administrative requirements, which were high, and the lowest were for the challenges of employing artificial intelligence, which were to a moderate degree. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the requirements for employing artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence in administrative decision-making from the point of view of the members of the study sample is due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience in the field of administrative work. In light of the results of the study, it is recommended to spread awareness of the importance of employing artificial intelligence in the educational process, especially administrative processes through training workshops, and specialized publications in artificial intelligence.
