This research aims to study the role of the Saudi Authority for Individual Intellectual Property in enhancing the ethical aspects of scientific publishing among faculty members in Saudi universities. It also seeks to examine the efforts of the Saudi Authority for Individual Intellectual Property in promoting the ethical dimensions of scientific publishing among faculty members in Saudi universities. Additionally, the research aims to explore the perceptions of faculty members in Saudi universities regarding the role of the Saudi Authority for Individual Intellectual Property in enhancing the ethical aspects of scientific publishing. Subsequently, it intends to construct a proposed framework to activate the role of the Saudi Authority for Individual Intellectual Property in promoting the ethical dimensions of scientific publishing among faculty members in Saudi universities. The research utilizes a descriptive survey methodology, with the research population comprising all faculty members in Saudi universities. The sample is drawn from faculty members in education colleges, and a questionnaire is chosen as the research tool due to its suitability for addressing the research questions. The key findings of the research indicate that the overall average of the opinions of the research sample regarding faculty members' perceptions of mechanisms for dealing with unethical research behavior and the role of the authority in intellectual property protection is 2.394, signifying consensus and agreement among faculty members at a rate of 79.80%. In conclusion, the research proposes a framework to activate the role of the Saudi Authority for Individual Intellectual Property in enhancing the ethical aspects of scientific publishing.
