This research aims to identify the role of female teachers in reinforce the promoting moderation practices in kindergarten settings, from the perspective of kindergarten principals. The researcher employed a descriptive (survey) methodology, deemed appropriate for the study's nature. The research sample comprised 42 female principals from governmental kindergartens in Abha city, who completed a questionnaire designed by the researcher for this purpose. The main results were as follows: The role of teachers in promoting practices related to moderation in the kindergarten stage from the point of view of female leaders was very high overall, and also very high in the two fields of study; They are the personal field, and the field of teaching methods and activities. The researcher recommended the involvement of kindergarten teachers in training and professional development programs aimed at instilling moderation principles in children and enhancing teachers' understanding of kindergarten child development characteristics. Furthermore, the organization of seminars and training courses for all stakeholders involved in kindergarten education is essential to realize the professional and educational objectives outlined in the Human Capacity Development Program, with moderation being of paramount importance.
