The research aims to determine the educational and technical standards necessary for the design and production of the interactive story in the English language for fifth grade students from the age of 9-11 years. The research relied on the use of the analytical method that seeks to explore and describe the literature and previous studies the subject of the research, and then verify them, in order to prepare the proposed model for designing and producing the electronic story for fifth grade students. The research tool was to build an expert opinion poll on an initial list of educational and artistic criteria for the interactive story. The results of the search resulted in a final list of educational and technical standards for the electronic interactive story in the English language, with (12) main standards, standards distributed over two fields, and (108) sub-criteria or indicators, including (58) educational indicators, and (50) technical indicators.
