The research aims to reveal the effectiveness of training based on electronic brainstorming sessions to develop the concepts of marketing office information services for the information specialist. From (47) school librarians in secondary schools in southern Cairo. The results of the research resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (≤ 0.05) between the mean of the pre and post application of the achievement test, and the results also revealed the effectiveness of training based on electronic brainstorming sessions at a level of (≤ 1.2) in developing the concepts of marketing information services for school librarians.
