This study examined how teachers in Amman reflect the ethical standards of their profession from the perspective of school principals. A descriptive approach was used in this study. A questionnaire consisting of (50) items was developed after examining its validity and reliability to achieve the study's objectives. The study population consisted of (238) male and female managers. A random sample of (165), both male and female, in Amman was selected for the study. Study finding showed that the level of representation of the teaching profession's ethical standards among teachers was medium, according to school principals in Amman district, as well as in all other themes except "the ethics to which teachers are committed to society". The degree scored high. Also, the study showed that due to the variables of gender, years of experience, and supervising authority; there was no statistically significant difference between school principals, estimated averages of the degree to which teaches represent the ethics of teaching. The study recommended conducting training courses to inform teachers about professional ethics. (Published abstract)
