The objective of the research is to present a proposed concept for the preparation of the Islamic Education Teacher in accordance with the TEPAC model. Based on the study's questions and objectives, the researcher has chosen the descriptive approach, which included the presentation of the proposed concept containing a tool consisting of a list of the competencies to prepare the Islamic Education Teacher in Saudi Arabia in accordance with the model. (7) themes, with forty-nine (49) items, the proposed concept was based on a general philosophy, the objectives of the preparation programme, the basis for the programme, and three aspects of the preparation. The research concluded with practical recommendations and research proposals. (Published abstract)
