فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التفكير البصري لتنمية مهارة حل المشكلات المعقدة لدى الطلبة المعلمين

This research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a program based on visual thinking to develop a skill of wicked problem solving of pre- service teachers were enrolled in 4 department psychology of faculty education. The participants included (60) students their average age (22:22.5). They were divided into two basic groups (one control and the other experimental), thirty students each, the researcher designed 3 tools: a scale of a skill of wicked problems solving and a program based on practice visual thinking and a module (practice visual thinking or not, and why?) and a checklist of awareness of steps of wicked problem-solving to be used in formative evaluation. The results of research assured that the effectiveness of the training program based on visual thinking in the direction of the experimental group by using the scale of skill of wicked problems solving.
