This research aims to evaluate the content of the Islamic studies curricula of the intermediate school stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the digital citizenship dimensions. The descriptive-analytical approach is used, and the list of digital citizenship dimensions is prepared which is divided into three sections (respect, education, protection). Each section is divided into three dimensions and each dimension is divided into four indicators; the total number of the indicators is thirty-six. The content of the Islamic studies curricula (nine books for the three levels of the intermediate school stage; three books for each level) is analyzed in the light of these dimensions. The research comes out with number of results, the most significant of which are: there is a disparity in the distribution of the digital citizenship dimensions in the Islamic studies curricula of the intermediate school stage. The digital culture dimension has the highest score among the Islamic studies courses books at a rate of (24.39%), followed by the digital communication dimension, then the dimension of digital commerce and the digital rights and responsibility dimension has the lowest score; (2.44%). The results also show that there is a clear deficiency in Islamic Studies curricula in including the digital citizenship dimensions. Based on the results, the research comes out with number of recommendations, the most important of which are that: the digital citizenship dimensions must be included in the Islamic Studies curricula, particularly, those dimensions of low score like the digital access, digital communication, digital rights, digital responsibilities, and digital commerce. The digital citizenship dimensions must be equally distributed in the Islamic studies curricula; a suggested proposal for the digital citizenship dimensions distribution in the content of the intermediate stage’s Islamic studies curricula is offered by the research.
