Also, the study aimed at putting some educational applications of these skills in teaching English. The study sample consisted of Quranic verses which were deduced about the previous thinking skills. To achieve the study purpose, the researcher used the deductive approach; by explaining the Quranic verses using the interpretation books. The results showed that the Quran abounds with critical thing skills which are: explanation, inference, and evaluating arguments. Furthermore, the researcher adjusted explanation and evaluating arguments skills according to the Quranic method, but did not adjust inference skill. The researcher provided several educational applications in teaching English using the previous skills. Therefore, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to root the modern educational issues and link them to what is mentioned in the Holy Quran. Also, the researcher recommended to raise the awareness of teachers about their roles in applying the previous critical thinking skills deduced from the Holy Quran. (Published abstract)
